Who we are

VortWorld is an open-world game with rewards in the VORT token. This page explains which personal data we process, why, and how you control it, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).

Data we process

Account: the public address of the Solana wallet used to sign in (or the wallet created by e-mail/social login) and, if you use the bot, your Telegram id, stored encrypted.

Game: position, collected resources, score, character, and the history of VORT conversions, deposits and withdrawals.

Approximate region: the browser time zone (for example Europe/Berlin) or the country reported by our content delivery network, used only to count how many people play in each region and decide where to place servers. We do not use GPS or your exact location.

Diagnostics: when you open the game in diagnostic mode, your browser records performance and connection measures. That record stays on your device and only reaches us if you copy and send it yourself.

Security: technical device and connection data (such as IP address, a device id and browser characteristics), stored as irreversible codes (hashes). They never block several accounts on one device or network: they only help recognise bots (for example several accounts in one browser playing at a machine rhythm), feed the automatic check that may hold a withdrawal for 24 hours and protect the system against fraud and abuse. The quick "I am human" check is Cloudflare's (Turnstile).

Why we process it (legal bases)

Performing the service you asked for: account, game, rewards, deposits and withdrawals (art. 7, V).

Legitimate interest and fraud prevention: security and device data, limited to what keeps rewards fair (art. 7, IX, and art. 11, II, g).

Consent: anonymous visit statistics and partner ads, only if you allow them (art. 7, I).

Cookies

Essential (always on): sign-in session, chosen language and your privacy choice.

Statistics (optional): a random id that counts visits per day. It does not store your IP or your account.

Ads (optional): banners from partner networks (such as A-Ads and Monetag) in the death window, below the game and on some pages. They run in an isolated frame with no access to the game page or your wallet, and may set their own cookies under each network's policy.

Who we share it with

Providers needed for the service: hosting and database, the Solana network (transactions are public by nature), Helius (Solana network access), Jupiter (token price and swaps), Reown (e-mail and social login), Telegram (bot and Mini App), a content delivery and protection network (such as Cloudflare) when used and, with your consent, ad networks (such as A-Ads and Monetag). The server may be outside Brazil, so your data may be processed in other countries, with the protections of the LGPD. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Account and financial data are kept while the account exists and for any period required by law. Technical security records are deleted within 90 days. Visit counts are kept only as daily totals. Encrypted backups rotate (up to about one month).

Your rights

You may request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, learn who it was shared with, and withdraw consent at any time. To do so, contact us through the VortWorld bot on Telegram. Operations already recorded on the Solana blockchain cannot be deleted by anyone.
